Clare Bray

Growing up in Sydney and Lismore on the north coast of NSW, Clare started her hospitality career by completing a traineeship through Gardener Merchant Rowland at the Sydney Powerhouse Museum. She then worked in iconic landmarks like the Sydney Opera House and Art Gallery. After moving to Adelaide Clare joined Windy Point as a waiter working her way through setting the Restaurant, answering the phones and finally successfully running the business alongside Justin. Clare has a passion for local and regional produce, being a Sunday regular at the Adelaide Showground Farmers Market as well as her own vegies and chooks at home. Clare is also our personal in-house environmentalist, actively recycling anything remotely recyclable and is now dreaming of an onsite food composter.
