Reservation Policies

TASTING MENU
We offer a seasonal Tasting Menu at Windy Point Restaurant.
All guests dine on the same menu but we are happy to accommodate most dietary requirements and preferences with advance notice.

CHILD POLICY
We have designed Windy Point to be an adult experience served at a relaxed pace in a peaceful environment, and we encourage you to consider the suitability of any diners under the age of 14 before booking.

Please note that all visitors to our Restaurant regardless of age, will be required to dine on our Tasting Menu. We do not have a children’s menu.

The intimate layout of the dining room does not allow for prams or highchairs and we do not have change facilities.

We also ask that you keep the experience of other diners in mind and when dining in The Restaurant we ask patrons to remember that waiters are working with hot food and liquids and all children are required to remain seated at all times.

CREDIT CARD PRE-AUTHORISATION
Bookings are essential and require a Booking Guarantee, your credit card details are verified but not charged at that time.

CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel your booking just let us know via info@windypoint.com.au
There is no cancellation charge with prior notice.

WINDOW TABLES
All tables in the Restaurant are allocated according to the date order in which they are booked.
While you are welcome to make a request for a table next to the glass for up to four guests we always respect the efforts of those guests who book well in advance and so we can’t fulfill every request.

DRESS CODE
Our dress code is smart casual. The dress code is intended to create a pleasant experience for all guests. Please refrain from wearing athletic clothing or footwear.

CASH FREE
Please remember Windy Point is contactless and cashless, so please be ready to pay by card.
