Duck confit, smoked paprika cabbage,

Western Australian barramundi,
sweet corn bisque, saffron potatoes, celeriac Waldorf (g)
Riverton free range chicken breast,
Jerusalem artichoke, fennel cream, pickled cucumber
12 hour Coonawarra lamb shoulder,
black beans, ratatouille, pistou, glaze (g)
Chateaubriand of beef (150g),
spinach purée, fried potato, three sauces +$15 (g)

strawberry and rhubarb salad, date syrup

A credit card booking guarantee of $90 per person is required at the time of reservation.
Funds will be verified, but not charged to your card at that time.
