Born in Adelaide, Nathan has a strong European background which influenced his path in the hospitality industry. Gaining experience as a kitchen hand at the Italian Veneto Function Centre, he then moved to Vino Ristorante in Unley where he started his training. Vino’s head chef arranged an interview for Nathan with Justin and he was offered a position at Windy Point. Upon completion of his apprenticeship, Nathan was promoted to the Cafe Head Chef. Wherever possible, Nathan loves to learn about people, their cultures and what they eat, always wanting to be around food and loving everything about it, with his passion extending beyond just his work. An avid sports lover, he follows the European sporting scene and secretly he’s a pretty skilful tennis player!
