Born and raised in Adelaide, Justin first refined his culinary skills under the direction of Ann Oliver at Mistress Augustine’s in North Adelaide. Continuing his craft, he travelled around the world, working in London at Bibendum Restaurant, in the NSW ski fields and later the Noosa Springs Golf Resort. Joining Windy Point Restaurant and Cafe in 2008, Justin utilises regional, seasonal produce to bring our guests the very best contemporary Australian cooking. He is always out and about looking for new ingredients and inspirations to create new, exciting dishes and experiences. On his days off Justin can be found on the golf course followed by a leisurely lunch. Once a year you are likely to find Justin celebrating his wedding anniversary, having some down time and exploring the food and culture in Vietnam.
